Cancellation Policy: Children's Art Workshops
No refunds will be allocated on booked workshops for children. You may transfer to another person, providing you let us know and provide contact details for the person in advance.
In the event that workshops are postponed due to inclement weather such as snow, high wind, or flooding, attendees will have the option to reserve a spot for the rescheduled date or choose an alternative event.
Cancellation Policy: Adults Workshops
No refunds will be allocated however if you cancel up to *30 days before the event, 50% of the ticket value may be allocated towards another Artreach Studios event (space permitting). You will be issued a voucher code which is valid against another class (valid to be spent within 1 month.)
*applies between time of booking and a minimum of 30 days before the event.
Cancellations more than 30 days before the event - we are happy to transfer to you to another workshop of equal value, if space permits (excludes private parties). In the event you wish to receive a refund, a £15 admin charge will be incurred to recover processing charges.

*Please note that this policy applies from the booking release date up to 14 days before the event. Regrettably, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations within 14 days of the event start date due to expenses that have already been incurred. Thank you for your understanding.
If Artreach Studios cancels the event due to unforseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Art Materials Refund Policy
Art Materials: If item is returned without damage and at the cost of the buyer within 14 days of purchase. Postage on replacement items at customers expense.
